The goal of this project is to deepen our knowledge ofregulatory pathways controlling hematopoietic stem cell differentiation form embryonic stem cell. The prospective postdoctoral fellow will generate experimental data using state-of-the-art functional genomics assays. In collaboration with bioinformaticians in the lab, integrated data analysis will be performed to discovery novel regulatory pathways. The project provides an excellent training opportunity in experimental Systems Biology. The postdoctoral fellow will also have ample opportunities to collaborate with internationally recognized developmental biologists and clinicians at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.
